RESPONSE TO Q1

Knife did not come into play until after Defendant was attacked by the two assailants, And after they inflicted substantial bodily harm to the Defendant,

And after they ignored his cried and pleas, after he looked elsewhere for help, after he then issued a verbal warning that he was about to defend himself.

Even then, the knife only came out, as a deterrent, as he attempted to flee.

Mister Blu exhibited remarkable restraint and fortitude throughout the unexpected and violent event.

Furthermore, once it was clear his last ditch effort to put distance between himself and his assailants had not succeeded,

Mister Blu

then went to significant lengths

to ensure that he was able to safely remove his knife out of

harm‘s way.

In fact, he even sought to protect his attackers from unnecessary harm

on not less than to separate instances during the physical attack against him.

Mister Blu’s intent, and his reasons for being their are benevolent.

Blu‘s sincere desire

Response to Q3

The Defendant’s intent for remaining in the building was to listen to the sermon, seek fellowship and coworker, and to meet with their pastor for our scheduled appointment after IBC’s service.

The defendant was not inclined to facilitate the shadowy work they sought to do under false pretenses.

Hence the attempt

to holler for help

once it became abundantly clear

what they were doing.

Furthermore,

Mister Blu was

in full compliance with all known requirements for entering or remaining on said property.

The defendant was

in compliance with state mandates,

and sought to oblige the state’s strongly encouraged recommendation

to keep a log of attendees for contact tracing purposes.

It’s that simple.

Assault?

To the Question of Burglary...

To the Question of Burglary...

Not even a single defensive strike did i throw.

Fortunately for all of us, and thanks to God,

i was able to exercise significant restraint

and remain clear headed throughout the ordeal.

At no time did i have a mind to hurt anyone;

Furthermore, not less than twice,

while being attacked,

i sought to protect those around me,

including my assailants.

The inhospitable reception by these two was uncalled for,

and frankly, wasn’t very christian either.

The reasons they gave for their behavior

were not valid reasons to harass me,

let alone to so violently assault me.

To the Question of Burglary...

To the Question of Burglary...

To the Question of Burglary...

When i heard they were charging me with ‘burglary’,i asked the arresting officer, incredulously, ”What did Mister Blu Burgle?!”As i am no theif, nor am i in the habit of lying.
Once i was able find out what the RCW said,

it became clear to me that they are using this charge in

a fraudulent attempt to justify the violence against me.

Yet, i was ivited there that day by the pastor

of that congregation center,

with whom i had a lunch meeting with him afterward.
My intention for being there that day is not concealed,

nor hidden in shadows.

Fellowship and coworkers be what i seek;

To tend to the task each day of the week.

Not merely on Sunday mornings.

What Really Happened

Fellowship and Coworkers

What Really Happened

While on my way to a Sunday service at a christian congregation house,

i was confronted by two men

who proceeded to harass me

without valid cause.

When i attempted to call out for assistance, these two men attacked me without provocation,

and a without legitimate reason.

After my leg was broken,

i plead with them to get off of me.

Instead of complying with my lawful request, they mocked my cried.

Warning that i was about to defend myself, i forced my way up off the bench and attempted to flee toward the parking lot...

What Really Happened

The premises were at the time open to members of the public and Mister Blu complied with all lawful conditions imposed on access to or remaining in the premises; AND Mister Blu reasonably believed that the owner of the premises, or other person empowered to license access thereto, would have licensed him or to remain.

The pastor of the congregation center where this incident occurred did invite me to Sunday service that day,

and we had a scheduled

lunch meeting Afterward.

Blu Was Assaulted

Prior to being confronted by a man who was laying in wait for me

outside washrooms,

i was in full compliance with

the State Mandates,

and seeking to oblige the

State’s ‘strongly recommended‘ suggestion to keep a record of attendees for contract tracing purposes.

It was the two assailants who failed to maintain social distancing measures, while one of these two was wearing his mask below his nose.

Blu Was Assaulted

When i called for help after they continued to harrass me without warrant and under false pretenses, these two men violently attacked me, barreling my body backward through closed doors, and then driving me into a bolted down bench where my knee was broken on impact.

Now, to cover up there crimes,

they are seeking to make me

their fall guy.

It appears as though they have friends on the local police force who are apart of an ‘old boys’ network.’

At worst, this is self defense.

Wounded Knee

All Too typical

All Too typical

Relatively minor fracture of the tibia;

Torn ACL, and trauma to peripheral.  Orthopedic follow-ups continue.

This happened upon impact with the wooden seat of a bolted down bench as the assailants both drove me into like a couple of football players with a practice sled.  Yet, it felt more like being hit on the outside of the knee with a baseball bat.

This happened prior to the arrival of the off-duty interloper,

or any other witnesses; and

five steps prior to pulling my knife.

In a misguided attempt to justify their harassment and the subsequent assault against me, some have accused me of violating state mandate concerning Covid.

Some have also suggested that i refused to allow them to “register”.

My first time there was the week prior, when i was signed in without issue.

One of the assailants prevented me from obliging the state’s ‘strongly encouraged’ recommendation concerning keeping a log of attendees.
